We collect your personal information when you register with us as a client or potential client and on the understanding that you have used our service because you want us to consider introducing you to a solicitor / lawyer for the purpose of assisting you with a legal dispute.  For the avoidance of any doubt, we do not provide legal advice and nothing contained within any publication or communication should be considered as legal advice.  We do not act for you and you should not rely upon us in relation to enforcing your legal rights.

The personal information we collect can include the following:

  • Name, email address, date of birth and any contact data that you submit
  • Payment Information. All payment information is securely.
  • Employment and/or medical information, records and/or reports
  • Documentation in relation to special damages including wage slips and bank statements.

How we may use your personal data:

  • Please note that from time to time we may work in partnership with other regulated firms of solicitors to provide you with the services that you have contacted us about. In these circumstances all and/or any of the data you submit to us may be transferred to any such firm. For the time being (and is subject to change) this will include Infinity Law Ltd, registered at Companies House with company number 08032459 and of 21 Venture Point Business Park, Stanney Mill Road, Little Stanney, Chester, Cheshire, CH2 4NE and Solicitors Regulation Number 569966. By continuing with your enquiry you are providing your consent to such. 
  • to provide the products and / or services to you as per this agreement for the purposes of furthering your potential claim, including providing your details on to any firm of solicitors and/or other supplier and/or panel member that we utilise for that purpose.   All data contained within this document can refer to our use of it and/or any other supplier and/or panel member that we utilise for this purpose
  • To help us identify any other types of service or claims you may have, generally.
  • To consider whether the information you supply may give rise to a reasonable prospect of successfully pursuing a claim
  • To register you as a client should the need arise
  • to communicate with you in relation to the provision of the services for which you have submitted your claim enquiry.
  • to provide you with administrative support such as responding to issues and;
  • to provide you with information about our awards and events, offers and promotions which are related to the services which we have supplied to you.

Transfer of Your Personal Information

Your information, including personal information, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
